This the first project that I made in London, also it's for London. This small project was put forward after we finished the language development class.The only requirement for the entire theme is that it must be related to London.Therefore the first thing I thought were the receipts that I collected at the first day I started to live in here. The receipts just like diaries for my new life in London, and they carry my experiences and stories. They could remind me when I met my old friends, when I have a crazy night, when I have a date in the cinema, when I visit the exhibitions, when I moved to a new apartment... through the item on the receipts, the fragments of life would flashed in my mind again.

 

The strong glue would leave a really cool texture on the receipts (also blurred some print words), meanwhile it would sticked the receipts with punk style fabric.

And a piece of cloning film was laminated on the top with sewing. It's also a adventure for me to explore these materials together (Which are the first materials I could find at my home).

The bag is like a memory carrier of my daily life in London. It would always remind me all the passions and freedoms feeling in here, and do not forget to follow my heart.
